Dennis has extensive experience helping firms reach strategic goals and achieve compliance with FDA regulation and international requirements. Additionally, Dennis has extensive experience as a Level II FDA Investigator, California Medical Device and Drug Team Senior Investigator, Sworn Government-POST Certified Criminal Investigator, Lead Trainer, and Compliance Officer. Dennis is an active member on several standards technical committees
Dennis holds a BA degree in Zoology, with Graduate work in Toxicology.
Jeff Barlow is responsible for overall operations management, capital structuring and risk management, and brings more than 25 years of extensive management and project management experience from both Fortune 500 and small businesses. He has extensive architecture, design and development expertise in areas ranging from aircraft visual display firmware, test systems, to Operating System drivers.
