Jesse Maxwell is responsible for driving strategic growth, enhancing customer relationships, and spearheading sales and marketing initiatives across two industry-leading organizations.

At Chemular, a premier FDA regulatory consultancy, Maxwell leads our sales efforts, ensuring that our clients in the tobacco, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device sectors receive unparalleled regulatory and compliance solutions. Concurrently, at NAN, he oversees the distribution of premium, pharmaceutical-grade nicotine and value-added ingredients, ensuring reliability and safety across our supply chains.

Previously, Jesse Maxwell served as the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Sales at TJP Labs, where he was pivotal in driving significant revenue growth and market expansion. Jesse Maxwell’s tenure at TJP Labs was marked by key accomplishments, including helping to lead the landmark strategic sale of the company’s PMTA nicotine pouch assets to Imperial Brands in 2023.
